Haven is a private, one on one studio in the heart of downtown Matthews, NC, just minutes from Charlotte, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Weddington, Stallings, and Monroe. We also see clients virtually across the country. There is no single way to work together because there is no single type of client who walks through this door. Some clients come for a focused trichology plan, working methodically toward resolution from the inside out. Others commit to a specialist window, typically nine months to a year, where we work together on internal health, scalp care, home habits, product use, and styling during salon services before returning to their regular stylist with a stronger foundation than they have had in years. And some arrive for that window and simply never want to leave. If you have a stylist you trust, we are not here to replace them. We are here to be the specialist they wish they could refer you to. Now they can.
